We started our Business in June 1997 with the intentions of providing only Road Service on I-40 from Lebanon to Crossville Tn. We Soon found that the area was starving for someone to provide more than just that, we began to get several calls for Tire Service, Heavy Wrecker Service and in Shop Repairs. Starting in Jan. 1998 we opened up a Repair Shop and began to perform in shop repairs and offer Tire Service, both in Shop and on the Road. We now offer Goodyear National Account tire Service. In June 1999 we Purchased a Single Axle Class "B" Heavy Wrecker to be able to Tow our Customer's Vehicle's into our shop for Repair's but by Jan. 2000 we had to upgrade to a Larger Tandem Axle Class "C" Wrecker because of the demand of our Customer's to Tow in the Tractor-Trailer Together & for Recovery Purposes when they are Involved in an Accident. We did this to Service our Customers Better, This allowed us to perform Towing & Recovery Service for Semi Trucks and Trailers, have the capabilities of Correcting load shift's back into place or complete load transfer's to another Trailer with the Wrecker or with our Tow Motor and Pallet Dolly Jack's. In the Following Year's after that, We Added another Service Truck, Another Heavy Wrecker, a Road Tractor and built up our Inventory of Part's and Tires.
In January 2006 we had moved our Shop Location to a more accessable area where we can Service our Clients with Quicker Response Times, Centralize all our services under one roof at one location and be more accessible for our Customers, including having a larger Storage Area.
In October 2006 we added a Small Class "A" Wrecker with an 8 Ton Wrecker Bed on it to our Fleet & in February 2007 we added a Class "D" Roll Back to our Fleet. In May 2007 We purchased a 25 Ton Heavy Duty Class "C" Hydraulic Wrecker to add with our other Heavy Wrecker and in August 2007 We upgraded our Class "A" wrecker from a one Ton unit to a Two Ton International Wrecker with a 12 Ton Wrecker Bed on it. September 2007 We were able to Purchase a large Bobcat to use in the Recovery process of Rolled Over Tractor Trailer's , where it can be used to recover the Product that is in the Trailer - where before we were having to Rent this piece of Equipment.
We see the Changes that we have made in the past Ten Years has improved our Business as well as improving the Trust and Reliability that our Customers have in using our Services, from our past Ten years and Looking into the future, we want to show our dedication to the Transportation Industry and Continue Improving on our Solid Foundation we have made.
